The several hundred members of MRPA form a diverse community.  We are responsible property owners, landlords, property managers, and service providers for the housing industry.

Our members regularly meet to discuss areas of interest. Topics may include beneficial resources and services, relevant first-hand experiences, noteworthy issues and trends, upcoming legislation and legal requirements, as well presentations from guest speakers.

If you are not already a member, please consider joining the only local association supporting the interests of property owners.  And if you are a current member, please continue to participate. Together, we can have a stronger voice for maintaining and improving the rental community of Marin County.

Membership in MRPA is voluntary and is renewable on an annual basis. One does not have to own rental property in order to become a member.

Please refer to the "RESOURCES" section for further details.
