  Overview of energy efficiency rebates and technical assistance programs available to multi-family properties in Marin, including:

  o   The Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements Program (BAMBE), which provides free technical assistance and project support and per unit rebates from $500 to $5,000 (depending on location and project scope) for 5+ unit residential buildings. https://www.bayren.org/rebates-financing/multifamily-property-owners

  o   Low to Middle Income single family home energy efficiency and weatherization program through BayREN: low-cost installation of building shell and electrification upgrades for up to 120% Area Median Income residents. (In-development)
