There are several regulatory efforts and discussions occurring at the local, county, and State levels which may impact our entire Community. We will review the current state of affairs for such areas as rent control, "just cause eviction", source of income discrimination, sewer / water rates, etc.

This will be an opportunity to gain knowledge of recent developments and a better understanding of possible changes to our business environment. We hope to have an active dialogue where members can share their thoughts, experiences, and recommendations.
